When You NEED 5 Bedrooms...

When you need 5 bedrooms, you really need 5 bedrooms!  This one year old home in popular Shadow Moss has just that: FIVE REAL bedrooms.   Oh, that's five bedrooms PLUS a loft area upstairs, plus a sun room downstairs, plus a formal dining room, and with a huge family room for getting everyone together.

The unique stone front is a real eye catcher, so come on and let's go in the front door...

As you walk in, the formal dining room is on your right and the family room is before you.  There are some that think a dining room is wasted space.  I disagree, especially with this kind of floor plan and especially when it can double as a homework studio, office, or library.

The kitchen occupies the right side edge of the family room, which is great for families and for entertaining.  Everyone ends up in the kitchen anyway, so why not just start there anyway, and make enough space for everyone!  The granite counter tops are not just beautiful but durable and easy to maintain.

The sun room is additional living space and a buffer before heading out to the awesome deck.  Speaking of decks, this is the outdoor cooking headquarters!  Can you see your friends sitting around the deck while the kids are in the yard?  I can smell the burgers right now!

There is one bedroom down stairs, adjacent to a full bath.  This can be a guest room, a den, a whatever room.  Upstairs, in addition to the loft, are four more bedrooms, including the master suite.

The master bath is spacious with both a tub and a shower, and the dual vanity keeps you from tripping over each other when you're both trying to get out of the door.

The master closet is larger than the first bedroom I split with three brothers!  Room for uniforms, street clothes, gowns, formal wear, and more!  All your clothes will be in your room, not hijacking a quarter closet from the kids!

The master bedroom has more than enough room for your king sized bed, dressers, and furniture to make your master suite more than just a bedroom, truly a room for relaxing and recharging.

Shadow Moss has been a very popular place to live since it's inception.  Part of Shadow Moss's draw is the open community space and the little neighborhood playgrounds placed throughout the subdivision.

Located about halfway between the MCAS and MCRD Parris Island,  Shadow Moss is just five minutes to groceries, restaurants, and other shopping.
